Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will take place simultaneously in two lecture rooms close to each others (Amphitheatre and Foyers). All talks will last 15 minutes, including time for questions and discussion. Each lecture room will be equipped with a computer to display Powerpoint presentations. Powerpoint presentations must be provided on memory stick or CD and will be copied on the hard-disk of the computer before the oral session starts; we will not be able to allow hook-up of your own personal laptops to the beamers. We recommend for safety to record two files, in ".ppt" and ".pdf".

Poster Presentations

Poster must imperatively be of A0 size (“portrait”; width 90 cm, height 120 cm). Posters will be displayed in two consecutive poster sessions (Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon) in the hall of the IAS, close to the “Amphitheatre” lecture room.
The poster must be removed each evening after the official poster sessions, which are scheduled between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm. Authors are expected to be present during these official poster sessions. Self-adhesive Velcro pads will be provided on site, no pins must be used to fix the posters.
