Registration Fees in € (Euro)

All fees are in Euros (€) currency and include applicable taxes

* Regular and Student registration includes:
Tutorials, one (1) welcoming reception ticket scheduled on Sunday evening, one (1) banquet ticket scheduled on Tuesday evening, lunches (Mon-Wed), coffee breaks, poster and proceedings. In order to be published, accepted papers must be covered by an advanced regular registration before March 1, 2010. One regular registration can cover up to two papers. 


** Accompanying guest registration includes only the participation to the welcoming reception and the banquet. No access to the conference centre is possible.

Participant from a French governmental institution can also register using transfer or administrative form. This mode of registration is reached, as well, using our secure on-line registration service (choisir alors “virement” comme mode de paiement)

Wire transfers will be accepted until March 1, 2010. A €15 surcharge is applied to cover the administrative cost.

The registration is made following two steps (this process has been adopted for avoiding problems and errors).


1-an initial pre-registration is required with personal information and affiliation (deadline for pre-registration is on February 28, 2010). This pre-registration will be confirmed by email within two working days. If this confirmation is not received during this period, please contact conference secretariat (registration.EMPGXIII@lmtg.obs-mip.fr).


2-using given access, proceed to registration. Once the credit card payment realized, an invoice will be sent by email.

Notice that there is no onsite registration.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded if cancellation is received by the EMPG XIII Secretariat in writing by March 1, 2010.
For cancellations received after March 1, 2010, no refund will be issued.
